The World, Dubai?

is this strange manmade island formation just off Dubai by any chance the proposed "World Islands",??? The worls islands are to be hundreds of small islands all built into the shape of the earth. People can buy islands which if i am not mistaken range from anywehre between 30 - 100 Million Dollars : :shock:
