I have created some placemarks and have create a .kmz file with these placemarks so that user can use the placemarks but cannot assess the "source codes" of these placemarks. However, if I send the kmz file to someone, he can easily use "save as" function and turn all the placemarks into an editable kml file and does his own modifications to the placemarks easily.

How can I hide the "source codes" of the placemarks in a way so that it remains as noneditable kmx file. In the other, how to disable the "save as" function when someone open the kmz file ?

I don't think you can hide it. Even if you disable the 'save as' option (let's assume it's possible), when I move the placemark from the Temporary Places to My Places it can be identified in the myplaces.kml.
