Red Lines all over the place

Has anybody else seen a bug like this before?

It's quite irritating, but is usually cured by minimising/maximizing the google earth window, and prevented by using the mouse on the map screen. But I haven't experienced the same problem on other computers.

Someone suggested it might be a graphics card problem, but I don't think so as it was working fine before.

It is a graphics card problem, try getting an update from the makers website. ;)

argh, thanks.

Thing is, it's only just started happening a few weeks ago, and before then it's worked fine.

The system is using an ATI Radeon 7000/VE graphics card, which i'm guessing is not supported anymore by ATI and therefore I won't be able to find an update. :(
