mountains appear very sharp-HELP

Dear all,

I am 100% sure that about 3 to 4 weeks ago something has changed, either in my computer or in google earth.

mountains appear very sharp, very hight, almost as if they where cliffs.

I have noticed this becasue I stydy a mountain area very often and suddently, one day, mountains appear more high, peaks are very sharp and the problem of course is becasue they look much different as they are in reality.

I have visited some other mountians in other areas, I cant compare them with the past as I have never see them but they also look very sharp, with peaks as knifes...

I have check some settigns like the elevation exaggeration in optios but its not that.

can anyone help. i would say this is a change from google earth, not my problem.
