View Full Version : How can I simulate a higher sea level?

I am interested in simulating what an area would look like if the sea level was higher (for example 50 feet). Anyone know a way to try this with google earth? Can you overlay a pic at a certain altitude?

Don't know about Google Earth, but there is this in Google Maps which allows you to do the same:

It's not the best ever (the sea level isn't very visible, but perhaps enough. Also since it is European, the measurements are in metres, not feet - max sea level rise is 14 metres (~46 feet).
