ok background on what I am trying to do:
Currently trying to show a polygon with minimum altitude of 1500 ft and max altitude of 3500 ft in Google Earth but I cant get the KML to work.
So basically I want the KML file to start at 1500 ft and extrude 2000 ft UP from there.
is there any way to do this?
