If it is a fire, there is supposed to be smoke somewhere near. Although it could be hidden by the shade of the trees...
I'm on the fence for this one...

I don't think it is fire. Like you've said, there is no smoke.
But I don't think it is a container either.
It's just too big to be a container.
Compare it to the containers front of it.
I think it is a building some sort.
Cafe or information may be..?

DImensions: 15 X 16 feet. Thats a small house. Also, that fits the dimensions of a large shipping container.

If we could find out exactly when the picture was taken; we could then find out what it is.
I know you can tick the option to find out on the "Digital Globe Coverage";
But it is not clear...

The 'glow' is on top of the building ( you can see the shadow of building ).

It could be a reflcetion from solar water heater or a red beacon lamp.
It glow is more obvious because it is embedded in the dark shadows of trees.

A one more red beacon on top of the tower is also visible in the northwest direction ( near the NW corner of the big building ).
