Later I scanned a little more and found that there are vehicles on the road .... so my above comment may please be ignored. :brick: Thanks.

It's a highway for people who are having "out-of-body" expirences(SP) to get to work! ;)
Seriously, there have been many cases of roads getting misplaced and looking rather comical. Just look around this site!
