Hi,
i found this site in India.
It looks like an electric plant and i can't yet resolve if nuclear or not.
You can see water basin for cooling, two transformers field, great fan complex but gas tanks too.
I'm in dubt for two buildings in concrete, and one of these is open at the top so you can look into.
I don't know if it's broken or under construction.
Have you any informations about?
Thanks.

If you turn on the Google Earth Community layer, the power plant is identified as Dhuvaran Power Plant. Looking that name up it is listed as a coal power plant? It does have a rail siding and cars to the north east so it may be coal fired at present. But may be converting to other fuels hence the cooling towers.

Welcome to the forum.

This plant was built as a coal powered plant but is now on Residual Fuel Oil. The tracks you can see are for carrying the railroad tankers to the plant.
