Yes, the major cities with tall buildings that are in the database using aerial imagery have problems like that. When you have two images stitched together from different angles, it can sometimes be disconcerting. Even worse is when very tall buildings sometimes get trimmed because of the image angle. The top of the Stratosphere tower on top of its casino in Las Vegas is actually cut off because of the way they had to stitch the images together there.
