strange object in oz

can anyone please help with this, i have tried everywhere to find it out, the only thing i can think of is a quarry or sewerage works

Looks like a sewage treatment site. Here is one in California about 40 miles from me.

it just looks a little different, its long not square, but it could be a small one

the more i look at it it could be a house i suppose with a big circular entrance and a strange roof. LOL
