Hi to any Admin on this Server! HELP?

I need Help!
I Upload my Files regular and control it whit a self Download and open the downloaded Files in Google-Earth. All of them works. But after 2 days, people sad that dosnt. Today, one more time, i have download it and the Files are realy corrupt! ???

I become a "DENIED" for my Files.

What is happen?
Where are my Files?

The original Size of a File from me was 2.735MB and now its 1KB! ???
