You should give the people some rules for voting a file.

It`s quite allright when guys rank anyones files, but when they vote the resolution instead of the quality of the work the users made it`s sad. Most parts out of America are in a poor quality, but that`s not my false.

When the users vote for the quality the file is made ( Discription, the overlay-resolution, other notes, completeness of facilities and so on) it would be more usefull to select the good from the poor. What should a submitter (not me) think when he spends 20 hours or more in a complete investigation for a file like radar traps and he is voted 2-3 cause the resolution is not the same quality as in America.

In that case i would never submit a file, cause my job ins`t honoured.

Just give the users some rules for voting the files, GEH would be a little bit better to handle.

i think most people vote for the resolution, most of my stuff with bad resolution (but sometimes difficult to find) are voted pretty bad. thats really sad.

That`s what I mean. My files are rated most times by nobody and if they are most time average.
