Means in spanish ESTacion 42 Naval

something like " Navy Station 42"

This building belongs to Navy Secretary here in Mexico City

hehehe... this is not like you said.. HERE IN MEXICO EST is an abreviation of ESCUELA SECUNDARIA TECNICA (like High school). 47 (is the school number in the Sinaloa State) and NAV is the abreviation of NAVOLATO, the town in the map!!! hehehe...
