I fond an airbase...Military or not??

Also, those planes you zoomed in on are most likely on display since they're just past the guard booth and right behind the baseball field. Also, if you look at the shadows, you can see that they're sitting at angles a few feet above the ground, like they're mounted for display above the ground.
