    Default File Picture

It seems to me that it would be nice if the person uploading a file would have the option to also send the picture to be used with that file. I have thought this before but just got reminded of it again. I'm sure everyone knows how to capture an image of their file and to resize if necessary before sending with the file. It's probably harder to implement then it's worth but just a thought I guess.

I am happy with doing this during the approval-workflow

I'm guessing not everyone knows how, and many would submit images that do not meet the criteria required.

BUT - if Mickey could create an option that checks for file type and size, then it would be a GREAT feature. So, 10 points to bdbmm for his/her suggestion.

What are the criteria you ask?

The file size must be exactly 150 pixels wide - not more, no less.
The image must have the Google logo in the lower left corner, you cannot crop this out.
The file must be a jpeg.
The file should be saved using the "Save For Web" option.

If you have some images you would like used for your files, post them here and let me know which file they belong to and I will switch them out.

You know what else would be cool? If the person who submitted the file could go in and edit their own files. See Mickey, we think nothing of creating new challenges and more work for you

Personally...I have no idea what that is. I just click save image (save it to a certain folder) and then use Visualizer Photo Resize to resize the image. Works fantastically, just 1 click and tada.

And who is checking these criterias, especially the Google logo criteria? Mickey is getting mail when there is a missing logo, not the poster...
