Default Saving as a TCX file

I need to create courses for cycling events. ANd i need to be able to pinpoint certail parts of the course for climbs, feed stations etc. I can do this using Google Earth, but how do i save the course as a TCX file which can be then read by a Garmin device?

I guess you need a converter for your job. Google should list a few solutions if you search for "kml tcx converter"
