    Default Outdated Images

    Is it possible to somehow obtain outdated images from google earth?, or have google earth with the previous images before it got updated? please reply

    If you use the timeslider, you can see previous pictures.

    Just click on the clock at the top to access the time slider.

    I have noticed that sometimes it doesn't work properly. I go back to 2000 and the imagery is the same as today although it does change in between. Also sometimes height affects the layer - I have to be above a certain height for the layer to be visible.

    One thing I would love to see is a layer for wartime aerial reconnaisance photos although I suspect that as these are usually only commercially available at great cost and are obviously not Google-original images then we might not be seeing that any time soon, if ever.

    The Timeslider shows the images updated into GE through time. So for many areas there is only one image in the Timeslider. But if you go to the USA you see many images. You see it in your Timeslider with a lot of marks in it. Then you have to zoom in or out to see the change.

    If you go to Las Vegas you can see how it has developed since 1950.
