    Default how to use local file as icon?

    hi everyone,
    it is possible to setHref to an online target.
    but how can i set a local image file as my icon for placemarks?

    i tried, but could not show it on google earth api.

    Default code like this

    var icon = ge.createIcon('');
    icon.setHref("httplink.earthday08.gif");
    groundOverlay.setIcon(icon);
    the code above is from google
    i'd like to use a local file address instead of the gif target.
