That's wild. I don't think it's an airport, there are no skid marks from landing planes. Would a military field with only fighter size planes be without skidmarks?
The GEC is virtually silent, there are two placemarks, but both are from 2005.
What's with all the ornamental artwork on the upper "V" road/runway/concrete thing?
This has actually already been talked about with this file post. They didn't say a lot, but it's clear from other links that this is a training airfield for the PLAAF. I suspect it's not for aircraft anymore, but I put my comments there in the original placemark posting.
