Default image detail disappears and becomes blurred when terrain is on

I am using Google Earth Pro 4.2.0205.5730.

It use to work well but recently when I turn on the terrain feature the screen becomes totally blurred. I have attached the two images of on and off versions of terrain.
I uninstalled it and installed it again but it is the same.
I switched on to different graphics mode such as DirectX mode or the other one but it is still the same.
I am freaking out because I nearly tried everything but still the same.

Is there any one who encountered the same problem? and are there any other possible solutions?

Looking forward to hearing from you guys, thanks.

It looks like a server side issue. Is it happening everywhere in the world or just one spot? I'm guessing you've gone through all the normal and usual steps - clearing GE cache, rebooting machine, etc.?

Since you have Google Earth Pro, you paid some good money and should have access to a tech support phone number.

Haven't we had this before, and wasn't it something to do with the version number?

The blurry part starts from the east side of London, includes whole europe till Tbilisi, Georgia.
It's weird though. Other parts are working well.
    Any clues? or Solutions?

You're using Google Earth Pro 4.2, the latest is 6.1, is there a reason you haven't upgraded?
