Default Obtaining the <camera> view with <heading>,<tilt> and <roll> with place marks

Is it possible to create a tour using place markers, so that the saved KML uses <camera> view, not the <lookat>. As I need the <heading> <tilt> and <roll> values with <altitude> , not the <heading> <tilt> <range>.

As a test, I have recorded a tour, at the start of the tour I navigated around manually using the keyboard, then switched to using place marks. Heres a section of the KML showing the switch.

Alternatively, does anybody know a conversion between <lookat> and <camera>?
