    Pre-emptive strikes!

You can now attack armies that are outside of cities!

When viewing the "which armies are outside this city" page there is an "attack" button. Click that, and your armies that are able to attack will be listed. There are two kinds of armies that can attack:

1 - Armies of yours that are also outside this city.
2 - Armies of yours that are currently occupying the city.

It may be a bit buggy, so let me know what happens. Once it's stable, I'll work on the "attack armies outside bases" stuff.

It doesn't work for armies outside home bases yet, though. Is that on the way?

I think that now with preemptive strikes, defending armies should maby have a combat bonus.

A besieged force has 2 options, defend a good position but give the attacker time to prepare and the chance to get the first move.
or break out and lose your advantage.

btw, for this to work a larger army should be more effective against smaller armies, or there wouldnt be any change..

btw2, and for that to work you should be able to seperate armies (besiege cities? set like 1/ 10.000 of the city population in troops to besieging duties keeping the defenders armies out, which cant help in the attack but free up when you win the city?)

hmmm.. that totals up to a lot.. nm ;-) sounded good in my head
