Don't seem to be the extra point after a touchdown. The defensive and offense lines are not in correct kicking position.

I think it's the first down for the white team. Because the orange markers on both side lines are on the 12 yard line. These markers shows, how far the offense must go to reach the next first down.
The two wide recievers are on their positions and the quaterback stand right behind the center.
It looks like more a pass game then a run.

    Smile Backed up, think safety

The team in white is set up for offense, and dark for defense. The offense is backed up on their own 3 yard line. They'd better watch out and not get sacked for two points.

Remember what movie these are from? I bet you don't!
"You do well in school?"---"Yeah"---"Good, so did I, that's what they call a paradox"

"How's your mother?"---"Oh... I'm afraid she's on her way out."---"We all are. Act accordingly."

    Exclamation

I would say it will be a run play, a dive up the middle, almost always a run in that situation, because you don't want to risk a sack, and it isn't 1st and goal, it's either 2nd and 9 or 3rd and 9.
