    Yes I have no life.

    No I feel a debt to those that served and died for us.

    I suspect this maybe the Australian you mentioned as part of the crew.

    Great findings.

    The No. 7 Squadron was the first one, which was equipped with Stirling bombers. Her station was at RAF Oakington in Cambridgeshire.

    Thanks for the link. Yes, I'm the remaining son listed as donor.

    My father was a fascinating person -- spent his working life in the Inland Revenue ending up as Assistant Secretary in charge of training; a frequent broadcaster (the Welsh Team on Round Britain Quiz), poet and writer.

    When he spoke English, which he began to learn as a foreign language when he was 5, you would never know he was Welsh; when he spoke Welsh you would never know he spoke English as well.
