BBC News on Google Earth !! Very Cool

Found this amazing google earth "hack" (let's not go into the definition of hack again!): link

It shows through placemarks where the news is coming from and in the placemarker's description it shows the news item summarized.

This just shows where GoogleEarth is going... Not just a place to see some trains, planes and other stuff, but a globe-based browser. The possibilities seem to be endless considering GE has only been out less than two months! Looking forward to more stuff like this. If only Google fixes the bug so that live webcams are a possibility; supposedly they are working on it so I can finish my Traffic Cam project.

    Enjoy,

    Stadsman

    Cool.
This could be a serious application for GE and bring it to even more attention.
Only some markers are real way of (for the US they are about 450km southwest of seattle, in the ocean)

I just have to try other rss-feeds, maybe n-tv (german) if they have one or CNN for global news...
