Default Seals at Fishermans Wharf discussion

This is a discussion thread for the following file:

    Seals at Fishermans Wharf

Seals, as a protected species, forced boat owners out and caused tourists to flood in. Not a Zoo or Aquarium, but there is a viewing area.

I may just be a bit pedantic, but these are sea lions, surely?

And I bow to your greater wisdom, I should know better than to trust my own memory. Thought I'd read somewhere recently about a problem with boat owners having their boats covered in sea lions, so many in some cases that their boats capsized. Maybe it's just somewhere else?
