Pardon me If I'm a bit confused, but by "warship," do you mean a surface ship like a battleship, or do you mean a submarine?

hello,
As far as i remember, DKM Prinz Eugen wasn't the only major german warship that "survived" WWII.
Although she was the only heavy cruiser (schwerer kreuzer) that surrendered fully manned and gunned to US authorithies in 1945, two other sister ships the Hipper class (same class as Prinz Eugen) survived.
The first one, DKM Seydlitz was taken in 1945 by Russians in Koenisberg partially scuttled. Raised and towed to Russia, she was renammed POLTAVA and ended her carreer somewhere in the 1950's.
The second one, DKM Lutzow (not to be confounded with pocket battleship of same name) was sold to Russia in 1939. Having been renammed PETROPAVLOSK then TALLINN, sha also ended her carreer in the 1950's.

Neither one nor other: Prinz Eugen is a SUNK ship, used to test US nuclear weapons in 1947
The Prinz Eugen was a Schwerer Kreuzer (Heavy Cruiser) which was sunk in a nuclear weapons test.Originally Posted by SpiderX22

Software is like entropy. It is difficult to grasp, weighs nothing, and obeys the second law of thermodynamics; i.e., it always increases.
