You're right, was also my first guess. Then I looked at the image from Lat Long and looked at the wrong question.

USA:
Marion County, FL
Duval County, FL (including Jacksonville)
Part of Taylor County, FL
Port Charlotte, FL
Miami and Fort Lauderdale

For all of those updates in Florida, they're very patchy.

Sevastopol, Ukraine
Diavik Diamond Mine (Canada)

(edit: I'll just keep adding stuff)

NEW UPDATE: They've done an image update. So far I have found:

USA:
Galveston and those Texan islands are now post-storm, showing many blank areas where houses used to be. The update actually basically covers the entire Texas coast.

UK: Blackburn
UK: Eastbourne, etc. The update runs along the coast from roughly Rookery Hill over to Camber.
(my mistake about Liverpool and Manchester was thanks to the time-slider)
UK: Southern Wiltshire, including areas such as Salisbury and Stonehenge.

India: Mumbai (edit #1)

Well, Google has finally decided that if they're going to release the KML file detailing their imagery updates, that they'll just do it right away. We won't need to go hunting anymore.

And yes, it comes because there was an update today, though not a terribly large one.

I noticed there is a new Layer of Szczecin (Poland) from 20. Sep. 2009!
Even some parts of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandneburg (germany) are affected.
