Exclamation Mine site blue'd out in OZ

Ernest Henry Open cut mine in central Australia, This is an open cut mine , but what is the go with the blue'd out section.

And check out the Alcoa Alumina Refinery. Look at the racecourse and the town of pinjarra to the east for a size comparison.
