Hymilers

I read a recent article either in the Boston Globe or the N.Y. Times about a group called the "Hymilers" who pride themselves in getting very high gas mileage. As a traffic safety advocate the concept appeals to me not only for the high mleage but as a way of getting drivers to slow down - better than speed bumps. I would like further information about this group.
