360 cities shows the most popular places in the world from different points of view with excellent 3d panorama photos. So far there are more than 5000 panoramas. Very good for travellers and for city information.

How can i create 3d picture in GE? I would like to do a few for my city.

http://www.panoguide.com/ seems to be a wickedly detailed site about how to create panoramic photos. Click on the "How To" link from the home page.
