This is a discussion thread for the following file:
Hike a Path This network link points towards an online *.kmz file which contains a doc.kml file in which one or more lineStrings are present Doing so, a 3D person will walk the path. ![]() UPDATED april 9th: The networklink (nwl) is updated. Now one can, on second try, continue where one has left of the last time (provided you're using the same IP). In order to speed up or slow down, or to get a different point of view, the walking model can either grow or slink. The initial size is 1.8 m. and each single step is .85 m. The model can grow and speed up by renewing the option Double Speed/Size x times and it will grow upto 1.8 m * 2^x (somewhere around 6000 km is the tallest it can get, but it will just be standing on the earth football). Slowing down/slinking goes the other way around, down to 1.8 m * (1/2)^x Switching on or off the flyToView can of course be done through the nwl properties, but I made an easier to handle seperate nwl for it.
