Route 66

Any Ideas on how one would locate the route of the original Route 66 throught the western states. Always wanted to see those desert landscapes. Also how about the Cadillac graveyard?

If you upgrade to Google Earth Plus ($20/year), you can plot paths on the map, kind of like this New York City marathon course that I worked up. I imagine that would be the easiest way, although it would still probably be quite time consuming.
