Ped Xing Alley discussion

This is a discussion thread for the following file:

Ped Xing Alley

Within a space of about 1 1/3 miles, there are 10 traffic signals (a combination of actual traffic signals and "Ped Xings") along this stretch of Walker St., all within the city of La Palma, CA, where I grew up. Everything was all fine and dandy until the city started putting up all the ped xings in the mid 90's, and now if you drive anywhere up or down Walker St. in La Palma, you're probably going to be doing a lot of stopping.
