Mickey Administrator Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 2,328	Troops can only be added while an army is in a city or at your home base Now that armies are often "in travel", we have limited purchasing troops to those times when your army is occupying a city or at your home base. It makes sense, doesn't it?
