Jewel Problem

Jewel Hunting says that next jewel is in tehran, iran. but when I flied to there, and zoomed in, there was no jewel. I looked around of tehran but there is no jewel. By the way, there is a timer left side of the jewel location text, what is the meaning of this?

Search on "Tehran" instead of "Tehran, Iran" and you'll find the "real" Tehran. Same goes for some of the other places, like Stockholm. "Stockholm, Sweden" take you to the wrong place while "Stockholm" get you to the right one.

I've had similar problems with some of the Jewel locations. Specifically Bogota, Colombia. I find that if I hit the check box on the GE War Cities that I have in My Places, I can use that to determine the exact location of the city.
