Flickr Images discussion
This is a discussion thread for the following file:
Flickr Images Every time you stop moving the map, wait about 10 seconds and the closest 50 images posted on Flickr (based on your current viewing area) will appear on the map!

hey this is pretty cool, but I uploaded images to flickr and it doesn't show them. How come? I'm in the right area.

People keep posting images to the middle of the ocean. Pretty amusing since they change almost constantly.

Whoever made the Flickr images..... Hats off to you,I love it!! I have photos on zoto.com also. Can you make a file for that? They also have the ability to geotag.

It's a network link and should work automatically. As you move around the globe, if you have this loaded and it's clicked to be visible you'd see icons pop up where there are Flickr images that are 'geo-tagged' for that location. It would be much like the Panoramio layer.
It seems to be broken, however. It certainly doesn't work for me either. |
