This is a discussion thread for the following file:
Buzztracker All, Thought this might be a neat idea, I just took a buzztracker image and wrapped it around the earth. There is one fairly large showstopper that I don't know how to fix, however. It's not updateable, because the images on the site are dated. Have at it! (Editors note - not sure what this is, but it appears that it took a lot of work. Be sure you are zoomed all the way out before loading) |

The idea is nice but the image doesn't get refreshed from it's posting date.

If you have a server available, you could write a simple PHP script that returns the current date's image as a NetworkLink...
