The city info is wrong. It is seen as unowned but actually it is owned and the speacial bonus info does not exist.
How could u miss on that, surprising... |

Actually, the city is unowned right now - being cleared of nuclear contamination.
As for the bonus text - I had forgotten to put that on the page. It's there now. Thanks. |
