a suggestion to the nuke shields: the nuke shield should not be shown on te city info page so that there is some risk in using nukes. and if somebody nukes a city with a nuke shield the shield should be destroyed because soon every city will have a nuke shield and nukes will be useless.

I like the risk suggestion. If you are nasty enough to use a nuke you shouldn't get 100% success.

I agree we shouldn't be able to see which city has got nukes shields or not and the shields should be one use items.
 The problem here though is that what if your alliance say bring four or five nukes to blow up the city.  If nuke shields are one shot=one shield items it should be allowed to have multiple nuke shields. This shouldn't be too hard as we can already have multiple armies, multiple oil wells, etc. (Ah to dream of finding two empty spots for oil wells...but I digress) That way both sides don't know who has how much of what (shields vs nukes).
