Cities,armies, and homebases wont show anymore

Whenever i get into the game now, none of the homebases, armies, or cities will show up anymore! It gives me a message that says something like...Fetch of Network link "GEwar-cities failed. than it goes on saying
Parse error:Expected entity name for reference at line 39. Please help me fix this problem.

Ok, these issues should be solved. You should no longer be able to use anything other than letters, numbers and spaces.

i didn't have the problem until now.
Now it doesn't matter. every code i try to enter is wrong apparantly.
