Chicago unoccupied?

Chicago last update (Sept 4th) I think states:
The city of Chicago, Illinois, USA was attacked by -_-ComputerGeek-_-. No defending armies were killed in the battle. anthonywitt retained control of the city.

Yet now it is listed as an unoccupied city? How come? Has anthonywitt just left - where's the sense in that?

That would be my guess. Maybe the army was needed to help protect a more valuable city. Or, maybe it's a bug...

I'll add an item in that will show "playerxx abandoned the city" so this will be more clear in the future.
