Not that I'm requesting that all of these be put in, though, since that'd be somewhat crowded. O.o

Russia should be made more inhabitable, methinks. There's zero cities from the Himalayas to the Arctic and from Kamchatka to Moscow right now.

Got most of them in.

Couldn't locate Belgrade. From readin Wikipedia, it appears to be a region and not a town.

For Lisbon, I used the metro population, which put it at just over 2.6 million.

Also couldn't locate Sevestapol, Ukraine.

In the future, please post each city in a seperate thread. It makes it easier on us when tracking what has been requested and added.
