Default Wrong number of attacking troops killed

I just attacked Copenhagen with an army of 100 troops. When I was slaughtered (of course) it now says on the city page that "108 attacking troops were killed". How can more troops be killed than there were in my army? I attacked with the army called "EmKay 101st" and the attack happened at 22:11:10 GMT - September 15th, 2005.

It may happen. 250 attacking troops may be killed by 100 defending troops or the contrary. Those 8 guys may be spies or rebels, anything... Anything can happen in this game: This is Gewar!

Ahh, I see what I did.

The long version - Each attack kills a random number of troops, typically between 1-25. If you have 10 troops left and the random number is 18, it will wipe you out by reducing your army size by 18. I need to have to check and make that number the lowest possible so that it works out correctly.

The short version - It will be fixed shortly.

It seems to be fixed now. Let me know if you see it happen again.

Thanks,
Mickey
