cant find jewel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia

i have tried and tried, reset computer.. i just cant find it.. help please

If you've got the GE War cities .kml file downloaded, check the box next to it in GE. Then, search for Santa Cruz, Bolivia. GE will take you to the incorrect area (which is why you can't find the jewel now). If you zoom out from there, once you get to around 1400 miles, you should see a black octogon (if you have the cities box checked) south of where GE took you. It should say that its Santa Cruz and it owned by mbr. Move to where you are centered on this polygon. Once you are centered, zoom in and you should find your jewel.

There are a couple of cities like this. I like to keep the GE War cities file checked, and then look for the city polygons if GE doesn't take me to the correct place.
