GEwar - Unoccupied Cities

You do not have any armies available to take over an unoccupied city.

City Name Value

There are currently no unoccupied cities on the map.

I think, I indeed have armies available to take over an unoccupied city!... Don't you?...

Good catch. That was from the old days when you could only occupy cities by using armies from your home base (and it happened immediately). As you pointed out, that text is useless (and inaccurate) now.
