Supposedly, you are suppose to be able to see the USS Saratoga from the air as you are flying over the island.

I have an file with this island, as well as all the other Manhattan Project Sites:

Trinity Test Site, site of the first nuclear test.

the Y-12 Security Complex and the Oak Ridge National Lab in Tennessee (my home state).

the Hanford site in Washington State, which provided some of the plutonium.

the Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico.

Tinian Island, where the bombers that dropped the bombs on Nagazaki and Hiroshima took off.

Hiroshima, Hiroshima. Site of the first nuclear bomb to be dropped. Thi also shows the Hiroshima Peace Memorial which includes the closet building to the explosion is located.

Nagazaki, site of the second bomb to be dropped.

I have attached a copy of this. If anyone wants to add to it to include any other sites that were part of the nuclear weapons program, that would be cool. I have seen some files on this at other sites, but they also included ALL of the nuclear power facilities.
