Lol, it does look like he is looking upward and smiling indeed
 To me it looks like a guy with a moustache looking upward and smiling showing his teeth. However if you look closely, it might also be that he's not looking upward and that his "teeth" is actually his nose, and his "moustache" are his eyes. It does look like the guy that is standing 11-12 feet NNW of the well is actually looking at the sky tho. Probably looking at the plane as it flew over

I agree... It might be his teeth (or nose) But I dont (and you dont) realy know...That picture is (I think) taken out of a plane or a helicopter, but it looks like this guy is smiling at you... I thought its some kind of funny or interesting...

This would be much more interesting if it were not a hoax. The guy is not actually in that geographical location that he has been placed by the creator of this kmz file.

In my opinion it's an Arabic guy that was getting on his camel and the photo was taken exactly while he was doing this. So he's not smiling at us, he's just getting up. You can only see his eyes from the clothes he is wearing.
