Decimal truncation not consistent

I've noticed that in some places, numbers are still getting rounded instead of truncated. Off the top of my head, on the Alliance Details page, in the Geos column, it may show up differently than in the Your Info pane -- it appears to be rounding instead of truncating. I have seen it some other places, but I can't remember where now. I'll keep an eye out and update this thread when I see it again.

I knew the Alliance page was doing it - you weren't supposed to notice that yet.

I don't know of any others offhand, but let me know if you find some.
